The location of the hotel is great, right in the heart of the city. It is close to a big mall, where you can find everything you need. You can easily explore the city as it is conveniently located near the BTS/metro stations.

The wifi connection in both the lobby and the rooms can be weak at times, which can be inconvenient for those who rely heavily on internet access.

sib kao exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect, close to everything i needed. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. the bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. an excellent choice for a moderate budget traveler.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the subway. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Bangkok.

I was even able to enjoy some Netflix on the TV for free. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my experience even more enjoyable. A hotel in a great location with good shopping nearby. The room was cozy and comfortable with a low ceiling that gave it a unique, homely feel. The staff ensured that I had a great time during my stay. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful feature, offering a great place to relax and enjoy the view. Complimentary foot massages at Jai Massage were a delightful treat, adding extra value to the stay.

Small bedroom size.

The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was close to public transportation and amenities such as restaurants and shops. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's rest after a long day of meetings. I also appreciated the fact that the staff was friendly and helpful.

The noise insulation in the rooms was poor as I could hear loud plumbing noise and other guests talking loudly in the morning. There were also some insect issues in the bathroom which the staff promptly resolved with insecticide.

The hotel has a perfect location, with a shopping mall and a train station just a short walk away. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, offering complimentary amenities and taking good care of our needs. the rooftop terrace was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view.

Although the service was great, the noise from the construction work during daytime was a bit disturbing. The room could have been a bit cleaner, with some dusty areas and towels that looked not very clean.
